Shipping + Returns

At khhaish, we take care in delivering your candles with the same intentionality that goes into making them. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship and handle returns.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Standard Shipping (3–4 business days)
• Free on orders over $50
• $6.90 for orders under $50

Express Shipping (1–2 business days)
• $19.90 flat rate

Once your order is placed, please allow 2–3 business days for processing before it ships. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your package is on its way.

Please note:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. If your package is missing, please reach out to the shipping carrier first, then contact us at hello@khhaish.com for additional support.

Delivery

We offer local delivery to select parts of the Denver metro area. Eligible addresses will see the local delivery option at checkout. If you're unsure whether your location qualifies, feel free to contact us for confirmation.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to help. Please contact us at hello@khhaish.com within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to make it right.
